At CycleSyncNYC, we want you to love your ride. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
🕒 Return Window
- Bicycles: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery or 14 miles of riding, whichever comes first.
- Accessories & Gear: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in like-new condition.
- Original packaging and proof of purchase are required.
- Bicycles must be returned to the authorized retailer or shipped back securely.
💰 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
- Need a different size or model? Contact us within the return window to arrange an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
